Our Company and Mission
RCI was founded based on the real-world knowledge that most healthcare organizations rightfully prioritized clinical integrity and patient safety during their EHR implementation and optimization efforts. RCI has observed that those circumstances often lead to gaps in medication revenue cycle management and optimization. Perhaps you suspect such gaps may exist in your organization.
It is RCI’s mission to close these gaps by providing full Charge Description Master (CDM) integrity, maximizing charge capture performance and improving medication revenue outcomes, while keeping compliance with many regulatory drivers such as CMS, TJC, and ISMP.

RCI was founded by pharmacists with a passion and a vision for improving the financial outcomes of healthcare organizations. We offer organizations an opportunity to capture the medication revenue they should be recouping but may be failing to realize. Our team offers nearly 40 years of combined experience in healthcare IT, Finance, and Pharmacy to our clients and partners.
Scott Wiley, RPh
Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Scott Wiley brings extensive expertise to the RCI team, including areas such as pharmacy operations and leadership, medication billing and compliance, and Epic medication management applications. He also worked in pharmacy revenue informatics for 15 years. Based on this experience, Scott developed the concept for RCI’s iQA methodology, which has a proven track record of identifying potential revenue cycle failure points that adversely affect optimal billing performance. Scott’s personal involvement underpins the success of every client engagement.
Gang Tae "Eric" Kim, PharmD
Principal Partner and Co-Founder
Eric Kim’s diverse experience across several pharmacy practice settings includes the retail, inpatient, managed care, and informatics areas. His eight years of informatics pharmacy experience influenced RCI’s development of the proprietary iQA process, including methodology, design, and functionality. As the developer for iQA and many other RCI assessment tools, his work has provided a foundation for RCI’s IT- and data-driven results for clients and partners.
